Terms of Use
- DELIVERY
Delivery normally within one working week. However, there may be
occassions where certain styles will take a little longer due to
stock coming from main distribution centre.
UK mainland delivery is made by Parcel Force 48 hour service from the date of
dispatch. All deliveries on this service are �6.50 per pair for 1 to 4 pairs, 5 pairs
or more will be subject to quotation.
For our competative International carriage rates please enquire before making an order.
International delivery is approximately 15 days from the date of dispatch.
- RETURNS
Returns due to damage or incorrectly delivered items will be returned at customers
cost and will be refunded with return order or as part of a total refund. Returns
for any other reason will be at customers expense.
- PRICES
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production . If due to circumstances
beyond our control , prices vary ( including any variation to the rate of value
added tax ), you will be informed prior to dispatch. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
- CODE OF PRACTICE
We undertake to to deal with any complaint speedily and sympathetically. It
is our intention to meet and exceed our customers expectations.
- AVAILABILITY
All orders for our products are subject to availability.
- COLOUR REPRODUCTION
We take great care with the colours and images used on our site . The limitations
of broadcasting on this medium may mean slight variations may occur. Every reasonable
care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are accurate . However we reserve
the right to alter specifications without notice.
